The law of succession in Israel defines five different types of wills, which are recognized by Israeli law as legal validity:<\/p>\n

  2. A Will with Witnesses – A will which at the time of signing is attended by two witnesses on behalf of the testator.<\/li>\n
  3. A testament to authority – A will made to an \u201cadministrative officer\u201d who may be a judge in an Israeli court, a member of a religious court, a court registrar or a notary.<\/li>\n
  4. Oral Will – A will read orally by the testator in front of two witnesses. This will be recognized as legal only in cases where the legator is defined as a patient who tends to die.<\/li>\n

    The law states that in any case where the will was not made on the basis of free and clear will of the testator, the will is not valid. In any case where the will was made under serious medical condition, drug use or external coercion, the will has no legal validity. Even in cases where the contents of the will do not comply with the laws of the State of Israel, are not moral or impossible to carry out, the will is not legally valid.
